DeSean Jackson practices Thursday, on track to return to fantasy lineups
Washington could be getting a much-needed boost to its passing game on Sunday with DeSean Jackson’s impending return. We break down the fantasy implications.

Jackson returned to action on Wednesday, also at a limited basis, and is on track to make his first start of the season since Week 1. Jackson has dealt with a hamstring injury that he suffered on his lone target of the season, and it has kept him out of action ever since. Though he practiced in preparation for Week 6's loss to the New York Jets, he suffered a setback and was sidelined again.
Fantasy impact: The timing could be ripe for a Jackson breakout, not just because of his return, but because he is returning amid a game that could call for Washington to go pass-heavy against a dominant Patriots team. As a result, several targets could come his way as Kirk Cousins' No. 1 receiver, giving him big-play potential.
If Jackson is his usual self, he will be on the WR3 radar with considerable upside. But because he has taken such a long absence from the playing field, it’s reasonable for fantasy owners to be skeptical of that.
