Hurns was limited in practice on Wednesday with an ankle injury, but was never considered to be in danger of missing time because of it. He will assume his usual post starting opposite Allen Robinson and will serve as Blake Bortles' secondary target.
Fantasy impact: The writing is on the wall for a potentially big game from Hurns, since his counterpart will likely draw the coverage of shutdown corner Darrelle Revis.
That leaves Hurns predominantly being under the supervision of a struggling Antonio Cromartie, who the Jaguars would be wise to target frequently in coverage.
If Hurns soaks up targets on Sunday, he could continue to put up solid WR2 numbers with WR1 upside with the steadily improving Bortles throwing passes his way.
Hurns is averaging the 15th-most fantasy points per game among wide receivers in standard leagues this season, and is likely to remain on par with that production in Week 9.
