The Buffalo Bills have signed running back Cierre Wood, according to NFL.com's Kevin Patra. Wood's signing comes after LeSean McCoy left practice on Tuesday with a strained hamstring.
LeSean McCoy injury results in Cierre Wood signing, fantasy changes temporary at best
LeSean McCoy suffered an injury this week, and while it looks short-term, the Buffalo Bills have added some depth to the roster. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Reports from multiple sources indicate McCoy is expected to be ready for the team's Week 1 game against the Indianapolis Colts. Couple that with the fact the team is also dealing with injuries to Fred Jackson, Bryce Brown and Anthony Dixon and its obvious the signing of Wood is just a depth move.
Wood has just nine yards rushing in his NFL career, which to this point has spanned just three games, all of which came with the Houston Texans back in 2013. McCoy on the other hand is considered week-to-week and will be entering his first season in Buffalo after what was somewhat have a down year with the Philadelphia Eagles last season.
Fantasy owners of McCoy shouldn’t be too worried about drafting the dynamic rusher, although the possibility of a nagging hamstring problem throughout the season looms.
