New York Giants tight end Larry Donnell is back to 100 percent following Achilles tendinitis issues that hampered him throughout the spring, according to The New York Post's Paul Schwartz. Donnell caught one pass for a 5-yard gain in the team's opening preseason game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Larry Donnell fully healthy, fantasy owners take note
Giants’ tight end Larry Donnell says he’s fully healed. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Donnell exploded onto the fantasy radar last season in the fourth week against Washington when he caught seven passes for 54 yards and three touchdowns. While he was only able to catch three touchdown passes for the rest of the season, Donnell did offer some value in PPR leagues as a spot starter in deep leagues.
Going into 2015, Donnell's value is likely to remain consistent, though his ceiling won't be high with Victor Cruz returning from a torn patellar tendon and Odell Beckham Jr. achieving superstar status in short order last year. Fantasy owners may want to take a look at Donnell as a handy reserve whose big body will get him targets in the red zone this season.
