Miami Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker isn’t sure if he’ll be past his foot injury in time to play in Week 1, according to The Palm Beach Post’s Andrew Ambramson. Parker was just activated from the PUP list a week ago.
DeVante Parker questionable for Week 1, fantasy owners must play waiting game
Dolphins wide receiver DeVante Parker is still trying to overcome an injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Parker no doubt has potential. He was after all the Dolphins’ first pick in the 2015 draft. He’s got athleticism and runs a 4.45 40-yard dash. He also won’t have to rush to prove himself given that he’s currently behind the likes of Jarvis Landry, Kenny Stills and Greg Jennings on the team’s depth chart.
On the other hand, nobody wants to deal with injuries to start their career and fantasy owners can bet Parker wants to be out there and be able to strut his stuff. While getting off of the PUP list is definitely a big step forward following surgery, it appears Parker’s Week 1 status is yet to be decided. Fantasy owners should monitor progress reports as they come out in time for opening day kickoff.
