It's been fun to watch public perception of Buffalo Bills wide receiver Percy Harvin over the years. He was underrated in Minnesota, then became overrated, then moved to Seattle and was a hugely popular pick despite never really being healthy. He moved to the New York Jets and was largely a non-factor. This year, he's on the Bills, and while he wasn't totally ignored in the preseason, not many would have thought he'd start his season with the 51-yard score he had Sunday in Buffalo's 27-14 win over the Indianapolis Colts.
Percy Harvin scores, tantalizes fantasy owners yet again
On his fourth team in four years, Harvin scored a touchdown in his Buffalo debut. We break down the fantasy implications.

That touchdown catch was one of Harvin's five in Sunday's game, on five targets. He ended up with 79 total yards. Part of the reason the Bills looked Harvin's way so much (he led the team in targets) was that second-year receiver Sammy Watkins was blanketed by Vontae Davis.
Fantasy impact: Harvin is a “just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in” sort of player. You can’t forget about him and his athleticism, because the minute you do, that’s the minute he reminds you how good he can really be.
Still, Watkins won’t often be shut down like he was Sunday, and he’s still the best receiving option Buffalo has. Harvin will remain relevant, but he will also remain behind Watkins in the pecking order.
