Wide receiver Jeremy Maclin turned-in a modest stat line in his debut with the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, but it was nearly much greater.
Fantasy football start/sit advice, Week 2: Jeremy Maclin
The Chiefs’ new No. 1 receiver boosted the passing game in his 2015 debut. We break down the fantasy implications.

Maclin caught five passes for 52 yards versus the Houston Texans, but had a would-be 39-yard catch overturned due to the NFL's ambiguous rules on what constitutes a catch. It would have ballooned his output to a 6-91-0 line, which would have been music to the ears of any of his fantasy owners.
Fantasy Spin: Maclin may not see as much daylight in Week 2 versus an elite Denver Broncos secondary that will have Aqib Talib and Chris Harris, Jr. lining up across from him. With T.J. Ward also coming back from a suspension, the top of the defense will likely be sealed shut.
Maclin’s upside will likely be capped in Week 2, but the volume due to come his way is reason enough to plug him in as a solid WR2. A decent floor will be there, but no prognosticator can say they expect him to find the end zone after 19 straight games where a Chiefs wide receiver has failed to do so.
