Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans played his first game of the season Sunday after missing Week 1 with a hamstring injury. As far as his statline is concerned, Evans might as well have sat ouu again -- the second-year receiver caught none of his three targets in the Buccaneers' 26-19 win over the New Orleans Saints.
Mike Evans held without a catch, fantasy owners wonder what happened
The second-year Buccaneer was playing his first game back from injury. We break down the fantasy implications.

With Evans relegated to decoy duty, the Buccaneers spread the ball out. Five players had at least three targets, with Vincent Jackson leading the team with five. He had 54 yards and a touchdown on three catches, while Louis Murphy had 82 yards on three catches of his own.
Fantasy impact: It sounds like the Buccaneers were just easing Evans into action. He didn’t look like he was 100 percent, but did play almost the entire game, which is a good sign. The best bet going forward is that Evans’ usage grows. Barring any midweek news about a setback, he’ll likely be a low-end WR2 for Week 3.
