Green Bay Packers running back Eddie Lacy left Sunday night's game vs. the Seattle Seahawks with an ankle injury, but it appears that the feature back has dodged a major bullet.
Eddie Lacy injury ‘minor,’ per report, could play Monday for Packers, fantasy owners
The Packers likely won’t have to be without their star running back for too long. We break down the fantasy implications.

Lacy's ankle sprain is reportedly "minor," and he could play on Monday night vs. the Kansas City Chiefs, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Lacy underwent X-rays that came back negative, but it was feared that Lacy's sprain was of the "high-ankle" variety which has been known to sideline athletes for multiple weeks.
Fantasy impact: Lacy’s owners needed some good news after they watched their first-round fantasy pick tally just 9 yards before exiting. The Packers’ feature back will benefit from the extra day of rest, and would be back in the RB1 conversation even in a tough matchup with the Chiefs looming.
Every Lacy owner should add James Starks to their bench if they haven't already, as he totaled 106 yards as the primary back in Week 2. Should Lacy be a game-time decision, owners who have Starks won't have a difficult choice to make if Lacy sits.
