New York Jets running back Chris Ivory did not practice with the team Thursday, according to Manish Mehta of New York Daily News.
Chris Ivory a likely game-time decision for Jets, fantasy owners, per report
The Jets have been rolling to start the season, but unwelcome news has emerged regarding their starting running back. We break down the fantasy implications.

Ivory also did not practice on Wednesday after being sidelined with quad and groin injuries. It appears that Ivory's status will also be in question for Friday's practice, and he is shaping up to be a game-time decision for Sunday's matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Fantasy impact: If Ivory is unable to go on Sunday, expect Bilal Powell to take on an expanded role that transcends his usual passing-down duties. Third-string running back Zac Stacy should also be counted on to take some of the early-down punishment between the tackles.
Luckily for Ivory’s fantasy owners, the Jets and Eagles draw the early 1 p.m. ET game slot, so if Ivory can’t go, the pick of the litter will be available as contingency options. In the meantime, Ivory’s fantasy owners will have to remain glued to the team’s practice reports. Should the Jets’ feature back play, he will be a high-end RB2 against an exploitable Eagles defense.
