Lewis Hamilton called his decision to move to Ferrari for the 2025 Formula 1 season the fulfillment of a “childhood dream.”

On the cusp of embarking on his first season in red, the legendary driver is checking another “dream” off the to-do list.

To mark his Ferrari debut with this weekend’s Australian Grand Prix, Hamilton shared an incredible video on social media of a famous scene from Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, only with the driver himself — along with Ed Norton Jr. — playing parts:

Hamilton noted that the video was to “pay homage to the iconic film and to celebrate my first season with Ferrari.” The driver also stated that “[t]his is the energy and excitement I’m bringing to the track this year.”

The film was produced by Hamilton’s film and movie production company, Dawn Apollo Films, as well as Large Eyes Entertainment. Scott Weintrob, the owner of Large Eyes Entertainment, also directed the film.

Hamilton’s next time in a Ferrari will come this weekend, as he climbs into the SF-25 for the Australian Grand Prix, the first race on the 2025 F1 schedule.
