We officially know how the 2025 Ryder Cup will begin.

Thursday afternoon brought the listings for Friday foursomes by way of Captains Keegan Bradley and Luke Donald and the opening matches can now be predicted by the masses.

Match 1

Bryson DeChambeau and Justin Thomas VS. Jon Rahm and Tyrrell Hatton

Match 2

Scottie Scheffler and Russell Henley VS. Ludvig Aberg and Matthew Fitzpatrick

Match 3

Collin Morikawa and Harris English VS. Rory McIlroy and Tommy Fleetwood

Match 4

Xander Schauffele and Patrick Cantlay VS. Robert MacIntyre Viktor Hovland

Each and every single one of these is incredible. It is unbelievable that we are actually going to get to watch this unfold.

Keegan Bradley going with Justin Thomas in his opening pairing to start is clearly an attempt to rally the crowd behind him, not to mention including Bryson DeChambeau as his playing partner. If they can take down Jon Rahm and Tyrrell Hatton, who are also teammates on LIV’x Legion XIII, then it will be quite the start for the American side.

Collin Morikawa and Harris English are taking on the Rory McIlroy and Tommy Fleetwood pair and if they can win their match it will go along way for group momentum.

Bring on the Ryder Cup!
