Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Classic 2011: Justin Leonard Tied For The Lead

Scores were low again on Friday as the field took to the course in the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Classic in Florida. After the first round produced a logjam at the top of the leaderboard, the second spread things out a bit, with low scores abound heading into the weekend. Justin Leonard, Bio Kim and Henrik Stenson are tied for the lead, and have a bit of breathing room over the rest of the field.

The three leaders hold a two shot advantage over Nick O’Hern, who sits alone in fourth at 10-under for the tournament. Michael Allen, Matt Bettancourt and Gary Woodland are one shot back of O’Hern, at 9-under for the tournament in a tie for fifth.

Luke Donald carded a 71 on Friday and is in a tie for 14th, falling from his perch atop the leaderboard. Webb Simpson, currently No. 2 on the money list, is tied with Donald at 7-under, as well.
