VIDEO: Miguel Angel Jimenez’s Super-Intense Stretching Routine At 2011 British Open

Via Devil Ball Golf, here is British Open golfer Miguel Angel Jimenez doing... something. He’s doing a thing. I’m positive of that. I don’t know, maybe you can tell me.

It has to be some sort of stretching exercise, but it doesn’t look like the sort of stretching exercise that would make you better at golf. It is probably best to perform this routine prior to participating in the following activities:

  • Jammin’ to Boz Scaggs
  • Jammin’ to pre-Aja Steely Dan
  • Hula-hooping
  • Hula-hooping while being chased by a puma
  • Hula-hooping while being chased by a giant robotic Donald Fagen
  • Just jammin’ out
  • Being flushed down a toilet
  • Championship round of the annual city-county knee bend-off
  • Smoking a cigar
