Ryan Moore claimed a one-stroke victory at the Justin Timberlake Shriners Open on Sunday, and for his effort, the American won $810,000. Brendon de Jong placed second and won $486,000. The purse for the tournament at TPC Summerlin in Las Vegas was $4.5 million.

Moore took the lead for good when he sank a birdie putt on No. 16. De Jong could only manage a par on the hole, and Moore’s birdie putt turned out to be worth $324,000. The win was Moore’s second as a professional. In his first victory at the 2009 Wyndham Championship, he won $936,000. After Sunday’s victory, Moore’s career winnings are $15,129,799.

Prize money went to the 71 players who made the tournament cut. Jonas Blixt placed third and won $306,000. With their fourth- and fifth-place finishes, Jason Day and Bill Lunde took home $216,000 and $180,000, respectively. John Daly earned the smallest check -- $8,910 -- after finishing 71st with an 11-over score.
