Tim Herron tied a course record at the Wyndham Championship on Friday with a second round score of a 9-under 61, a stark contrast to his disastrous 6-over round on Thursday. The big score was good enough to move Herron 114 spots up the leaderboard, although he still trails leader Jimmy Walker (12-under) by nine strokes.
