FedEx Cup Standings 2012: Sergio Garcia Jumps 69 Spots With Tournament Win

Sergio Garcia’s first PGA Tour tournament win since the 2008 Players Championship has made him the biggest mover on the FedEx Cup Standings this week. His Wyndham Championship victory pushed him from No. 102 last week to No. 33.

This could mean that Garcia will be one of the 30 to qualify for the Tour Championship in Atlanta.

Runner-up Tim Clark went from No. 109 to No. 54.

Heath Slocum is the only player to join the top 125 after the Wyndham Championship. He finished 31st in the event, good enough to vault him from No. 128 to No. 124. This was bad news for Jhonattan Vegas, who fell to No. 126 and will miss the Playoffs. He finished No. 54 last season.
