Rory McIlroy is No. 1 in the World Golf Rankings, which is where he has stood since winning the PGA Championship. McIlroy has been surging since that big win, as he’s also won the Deutsche Bank Championship and the BMW Championship. Those victories, which came in back-to-back weeks, helped to solidify his position atop the rankings.
