2012 Ryder Cup odds: Tiger Woods 5/1 as top American point scorer

As the 2012 Ryder Cup gets underway this Friday from Medinah Country Club outside of Chicago, oddsmakers are trying to predict the top performers on both the American and European squads.

Tiger Woods tops the list as top American point scorer with 5/1 odds, while Rory McIlroy is the 5/1 favorite to be the top European player this week. Woods is also atop the list of top overall points leader at 8/1 odds, followed by McIlroy at 10/1 and Lee Westwood, Luke Donald, Dustin Johnson and Ian Poulter at 14/1.
