The 2013 Presidents Cup begins on Thursday at Muirfield Village and fans tuning in will be able to watch extensive live coverage, while also following the event online and on the radio.

The United States has dominated the Presidents Cup, winning seven of the nine matches with the two teams playing to one tie. The International team’s lone victory came in 1998. The American team will attempt to keep that success going this year and will have home-course advantage.

Golf Channel and NBC will combine to handle the television broadcast with more than 25 hours of live coverage scheduled. Golf Channel will handle the the broadcast on Thursday and Friday with coverage scheduled from noon to 6 p.m. ET on Thursday and 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. the next. NBC takes over television coverage on the weekend, including a 10-hour broadcast on Saturday. Saturday is the big day at the Presidents Cup with five four-ball matches in the morning then five foursome matches in the afternoon. NBC’s coverage will continue on Sunday ending with the trophy presentation.

Viewers will be able to watch most of the television coverage online using Golf Live Extra from NBC and the Golf Channel. The online stream will be a simulcast of the television coverage, with the full coverage available every day except Saturday.
