The final round of the 2013 Tavistock Cup was completed on Tuesday at Isleworth Golf Club -- but it wasn’t enough to crown a champion. Tiger Woods and Ian Poulter led Albany to a playoff win over Lake Nona -- who sent Graeme McDowell and Henrik Stenson to the playoff.

Comprised of Tiger Woods, Justin Rose, Ian Poulter and Tim Clark, Albany was the most noteworthy team in the tournament. Poulter gave Albany its best score on Tuesday at even-par. Rose finished 5-over, while Woods and Clark were both 1-over.

Lake Nona gave Albany a run for its money. Graeme McDowell finished 1-under, while Ross Fisher was even-par. Neither Henrik Stenson nor Peter Hanson played particularly well for Lake Nona, however, as Stenson finished 2-over, while Hanson finished 6-over on Tuesday.

Ultimately, Lake Nona’s effort fell short, as they lost to Albany in the playoff.

Webb Simpson finished the round with the best individual score, at 2-under. Simpson led Primland, finished tied for second with Isleworth at 8-over for the tournament.
