Tiger Woods and Albany defeated Lake Nona in a playoff at the 2013 Tavistock Cup -- and will be compensated nicely for one day’s worth of golf. The entire purse at the 2013 Tavistock was worth just over $2.1 million -- and each member of Albany will receive $110,000 for winning.

Albany was comprised of Woods, Ian Poulter, Justin Rose and Tim Clark. Woods and Poulter won the event for Albany in a playoff against Lake Nona, after both teams finished the tournament with a score of 7-over.

Poulter had the best day of any of the golfers on Albany, shooting an even-par -- the best score on the team -- and helping the team win in the playoff. Woods and Clark finished 1-over, while Rose finished 5-over.

Monday’s round of the Tavistock Cup was cancelled because of the weather delay to the Arnold Palmer Invitational, which pushed the final round back to Monday. Consequently, only Tuesday’s results counted for the Tavistock Cup.
