Tiger Woods is the world’s top-ranked golfer for the first time in years thanks to a hot start to 2013.

Tiger Woods is off to a strong start to 2013, and he’s back on top of the World Golf Rankings. Woods has won three tournaments since the beginning of the year, most recently claiming the title at the Arnold Palmer Invitational. Rory McIlroy is in second place. He spent a significant amount of time as the world No. 1 last year. Justin Rose, Luke Donald and Brandt Snedeker round out the top five.

Those will be just some of the players to watch at the Masters, which gets started this week. Woods is aiming for his first major tournament victory since 2008. Defending Masters champ Bubba Watson is No. 14 in the latest rankings.

Here’s a look at the WGR top 10:

1. Tiger Woods
2. Rory McIlroy
3. Justin Rose
4. Luke Donald
5. Brandt Snedeker
6. Louis Oosthuizen
7. Adam Scott
8. Steve Stricker
