How long before Keegan Bradley takes up ‘Orring?’

Keegan Bradley was one of the first of Jason Dufner’s colleagues to go all-in on the “Dufnering” craze, which he helped spread like wildfire via Twitter.

With his Boston Bruins hoping to take a commanding 3-1 lead over Chicago after tonight’s Stanley Cup final game, it may not be long before he has his Travelers Championship brethren “Orring” all over TPC River Highlands.

The pose, honoring legendary Bruin Bobby Orr’s leap through the air after scoring the clinching goal of the 1970 hockey finale in overtime, comes from the creative minds at Boston ad agency, Connelly Partners (golf clap/Boston.com).

Bradley, a Vermont native who’ll go for his fourth PGA Tour win on a home field of sorts at the Travelers in Cromwell, Conn., this week, is nothing if not a complete homer when it comes to all-things Boston sports. He worried, prior to the first round of last week’s U.S. Open, if he should stay up to watch the Bruins in the Stanley Cup opener.

“I can’t believe it,” Bradley, citing the game’s 8 p.m. ET puck drop, told the New York Daily News after a Wednesday practice round. “I’ve watched every game [of the Bruins’ playoff run]. I’ve got a 7:10 tee time, but at this course, you’ve got to get here about five. It’ll be tough, but I’ll be checking in.”

Bradley, who drew Zach Johnson and newly crowned U.S. Open champ Justin Rose in the first two rounds of the Travelers, missed the cut at Merion but his Bruins are still flying high. Dufner is in this week’s field as well, taking on defending champ Marc Leishman and 2012 Masters winner, Bubba Watson, who cadged his first tour victory in the event in 2010.
