PGA Championship 2013 leaderboard: Jason Dufner leads by 2 with 4 to play

Jason Dufner continues to play bogey-free golf and has a two-stroke lead through 14 holes.

Andrew Redington

Despite a few shaky short putts, Jason Dufner continues to lead the 2013 PGA Championship. Dufner is 11-under through 14 holes, two strokes ahead of the field.

Dufner has been close to as good as it gets from tee to green. He’s driven the ball well and hit a number of excellent approach shots. Dufner capitalized early with three birdies on his first eight holes. He’s had an opportunity to extend that lead, coming up just short on several birdie putts.

Although he hasn’t moved further into the red, he has avoided dropping a shot and has yet to make a bogey. That doesn’t mean there haven’t been close calls, as one of his short par attempts nearly burned the edge.

Jim Furyk continues to chase the lead and is currently alone in second place at 9-under. Furyk is even on his round and has not made a birdie since No. 6. Unless Dufner falls apart over the closing stretch, Furyk will need to pick up a stroke or two coming in.

A birdie at No. 13 pulled Henrik Stenson to within two shots of the lead, only to see him give the stroke right back with a bogey No. 14. He’s now tied with Jonas Blixt for third place at 8-under.

Here is a closer look at the leaderboard with the leaders coming down the final stretch:
