Keegan Bradley and Jason Dufner are known to be good friends. How good? Well, good enough that Bradley turned around on his way to the airport in order to be on the 18th green to congratulate Dufner on winning the PGA Championship.
PGA Championship: Keegan Bradley turns around on way to airport to celebrate with Jason Dufner
Keegan Bradley was waiting behind the 18th green to congratulate Jason Dufner, despite having left the course following his round.
According to ESPN’s Bob Harig, Bradley had already left Oak Hill and was on his way out of town before deciding to turn around to congratulate Dufner in person. He apparently even ran a red light on his way back to the course.
Keegan Bradley was headed to airport. Turned around so he could congratulate Dufner in person. Went thru red light. Pretty cool. #PGAChamp

Fortunately, he made it in one piece and in time to greet Dufner as he was coming off the green via Kyle Porter of CBS Sports.
Bradley and Dufner have a history at the PGA Championship as they squared off in a playoff in the 2011 PGA with Bradley coming away with the victory. Dufner was the one hoisting the Wanamaker Trophy on Sunday and Bradley thought the feat was good enough to delay his trip to the airport.
