2013 Deutsche Bank Championship live stream: How to watch Friday’s round online

The FedExCup playoffs continue this weekend with the 2013 Deutsche Bank Championship at TPC Boston. Here is how to watch Friday’s action online.

The second leg of the FedExCup playoffs, the 2013 Deutsche Bank Championship at TPC Boston in Norton, Mass., is set to begin this weekend and golf fans can follow some of the tournament’s early action online beginning Friday at 3 p.m. ET. Unlike last week’s coverage, which was carried by CBS, there won’t be a “featured groups” stream to feature the Friday morning fist round of Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson and Adam Scott. Those three tee off together at 8:40 a.m. in Boston.

Golf Channel has a simulcast live stream of its network broadcast at beginning at 3 p.m. and running through 6 p.m. That feed is currently only available to subscribers on Comcast (Xfinity), Verizon FiOS, Cablevision (Optimum) and Suddenlink. Subscribers will need to log in after launching the player to see the coverage.

Fans without access to the that simulcast can still follow the tournament with PGA TOUR radio online, with coverage beginning at noon and running through 6 p.m. For fans looking for more shot-by-shot detail, the PGA has shot tracker info for all players at its website.

Here is all the online coverage available for Friday, including links to the online outlets:
