Final FedEx Cup standings 2013: Henrik Stenson beats out Tiger Woods for final No. 1 ranking

Stenson’s win at the TOUR Championship propelled him to a FedExCup victory.

Brett Davis-USA TODAY Sports

It was a career-defining Sunday for Henrik Stenson, who finished the year atop the FedEx Cup standings thanks to his TOUR Championship victory at East Lake. Stenson took home $11.44 million on Sunday, $10 million for winning the FedEx Cup and $1.44 million for his TOUR Championship victory.

Tiger Woods finished in second place after his disappointing showing at East Lake. Woods spent much of the year on top of the standings, but he couldn’t come up big in the postseason. Woods finished the TOUR Championship at even par, 13 strokes behind Stenson and in a tie for 22nd (of 30) place.

Rounding out the top five of the standings are Steve Stricker, Adam Scott and Zach Johnson. Stricker finished in a tie for second at East Lake, while Scott and Johnson both won FedEx Cup Playoff events.

Here are final FedEx Cup standings for those 30 players who made it to the season’s final event:
