It was a quiet week in the world of golf with the PGA Tour off in advance of the BMW Championship. There was some minor shuffling in the top 10 of the 2013 World Golf Rankings, however, as Rory McIlory moved up one spot to No. 4 and Justin Rose dropped a slot to No. 5.

Across the pond, Thomas Bjorn won the Omega European Masters with a birdie on the first playoff hole against Craig Lee. The thrilling victory vaulted Bjorn up 22 spots and back into the top 50 at No. 44.

There were no other significant movement in the rankings. Tiger Woods remains on top by a healthy margin, followed by Adam Scott and Phil Mickelson.
