Tiger Woods may not be having much luck playing close to home this week at the Honda Classic, but the proximity to his Jupiter Island abode sure was convenient for his entourage.

Home-field advantage hasn’t done much for Woods this week at the Honda Classic, but at least the gallery is Tiger-friendly.

Check out daughter Sam and girlfriend Lindsey Vonn wishing their favorite golfer well after the world No. 1 makes a birdie on No. 9.

— Adam Schupak (@GolfweekSchupak) February 28, 2014 The birdie as he made the turn was an encouraging sign, but after a par on No. 10, he coughed up the stroke after losing his next tee shot way right and having to settle for bogey.
Woods, through 11 and playing in just his third worldwide event of the year, was 12 back of Rory McIlroy, who was poised to go wire-to-wire for the win just 12 months after his controversial withdrawal. Tiger was running out of holes to forestall missing his second straight cut stateside.
Should the cut line stay where it is and Woods fail to get to moving day, by the way, it would mark only the second time that he and Phil Mickelson (1-over in the morning wave) have slammed the trunk when playing in the same tour event.
@TigerWoods & @MickelsonHat have missed the cut in the same week on @pgatour just once as pros ('12 @GbrClassic). Will it happen today?
