Tiger Woods pops up in Italy with a skull mask and missing a tooth.

Tiger Woods made a surprise trip overseas to greet girlfriend Lindsey Vonn, who was back racing in Italy. In an apparent attempt to keep a low profile, he wore a creepy skull mask over his face most of the time. But photographers also caught Woods with the mask down, and, well, something was missing.
Excellent point from @teamrainey. Why is Tiger missing a tooth in this @USATODAYsports picture!? pic.twitter.com/3O3we3UIC3"
— No Laying Up (@NoLayingUp) January 19, 2015 UPDATE: Tiger’s agent, Mark Steinberg, tells ESPN’s Bob Harig that Tiger lost the tooth at the race when a camera person hit him.
That photo of Tiger in Italy with a missing tooth? legit. Agent says video camera person clipped him at downhill ski race. Knocked it out
— Bob Harig (@BobHarig) January 19, 2015 The AP’s Doug Ferguson adds more from Steinberg:
Agent says a videographer surged toward awards podium, swung and clipped Tiger in mouth, knocking out tooth. One time Tiger misses Stevie.
— Doug Ferguson (@dougferguson405) January 19, 2015 UPDATE NO. 2: For some, that explanation from Steinberg strained credulity. This won’t help: race organizers say Woods reported nothing of the matter; the on-site AP reporter says he witnessed no tooth knocking; and a race official flatly told the AP that there was no such incident:
“I was among those who escorted him from the tent to the snowmobile and there was no such incident,” Nicola Colli, the secretary general of the race organizing committee, told The Associated Press. “When he arrived he asked for more security and we rounded up police to look after both him and Lindsey.”
