Sangmoon Bae ignites Korean home crowd with hole out from fairway

The crowd loves Bae.

The International team may be making a game of this 2015 Presidents Cup on Day 2. They absolutely had to win the session to keep the hopes of even a competitive weekend alive and they’re currently up in three of the five matches.

The crowd is also starting to get behind their side some more too, and Sangmoon Bae, the only Korean on the International team, is definitely a big part of that. This hole-out from the fairway at the 9th cut their deficit against Jimmy Walker and Rickie Fowler, perhaps the USA’s strongest team, to just 1-down at the turn. It’s the shot of the session so far and the tide does seem to be turning the Internationals’ way here on Friday.
