Phil Mickelson ignites Masters crowd with this hole-out from bunker
The green jacket is probably out of reach but the three-time winner is still lighting off fireworks on the second nine at Augusta.
Phil Mickelson probably is not going to chase down Jordan Spieth, but he’s still lighting up the second nine at Augusta and sending up those gallery roars down in the valley around the 15th green.
Mickelson has played aggressive all day, trying to close that multi-shot gap however he can. He went for the 15th in two, the typical play there, but put his ball in a greenside bunker. No matter, he still made the eagle.
Mickelson is now at 14-under and four shots back with three holes to play.
