U.S. Open 2015 weather forecast: Chance of rain one day this weekend
One day during the 2015 PGA U.S. Open has a chance of rain but the other days look very nice. Here’s your complete weather forecast.
When people think of Seattle and the Pacific Northwest they typically think of gray skies and rain. Other than one system moving through on Friday, the weather for 2015 U.S. Open looks mostly dry and quite comfortable with temperatures in the 70s.
THURSDAY - OPENING ROUND WEATHER FORECASTS
We will see partly to mostly cloudy skies over the region on Thursday. Winds will be out of the northeast for most of the day between 5 to 15 miles per hour. Temperatures will range from the 50s in the morning to the middle 70s by the afternoon.
FRIDAY - SECOND ROUND WEATHER FORECAST
Weak disturbance will work across western Washington Thursday night into Friday evening. This system along with winds coming in off the ocean will help keep areas of showers around during the day. Showers will be scattered in nature so it doesn’t look like an all day steady rain. Temperatures will be cool with morning temperatures in the 50s and afternoon temperatures only getting into the upper 60s. Winds will be out of the west between 5 to 15 mph.
WEEKEND - THIRD & FINAL ROUND WEATHER FORECAST
High pressure builds in across the Pacific Northwest for the weekend, drying things out and warming temperatures up. Saturday and Sunday will both be mostly sunny and afternoon high temperatures will be in the middle 70s on Saturday and near 80 on Sunday. Winds could be a bit breezy on Saturday with winds between 10 to 15 mph.
