Aaron Rodgers went to the PGA Championship and people were excited to point that out

He was blending in so well until the graphics department spotted him.

Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers opened their preseason schedule in New England on Thursday night. Some might have expected Rodgers to spend Friday recovering from the first game and resting up from training camp. It provided him the perfect opportunity to walk around the PGA Championship at Whistling Straits in complete incognito.

Except for the fact he’s one of the best players in the NFL and likely the most recognizable athlete in the state of Wisconsin.

PGA.com’s featured group stream was fairly excited to see Rodgers in attendance and did their best to point him out to the viewers.

One of those arrows in the first image kinda, sorta points at Rodgers. Another is essentially pointing at Green Bay tight end Richard Rodgers, who was also in attendance. Not too bad. The second image though? Oh yeah, no. That graphic missed both Aaron’s face and Richard’s face and instead circled a nice patch of Wisconsin sky. At least we are all well aware that Aaron Rodgers is watching golf. In case you need more proof.

To be honest, I’d be more interested to hear the water bottle-carrying technique from the guy in back who appears to be carrying SIX water bottles in one hand. Rodgers may be a former NFL MVP, but that guy is the MVP of staying hydrated.
