Dustin Johnson smashes a drive through a net, out a hotel door and shatters glass sign

It’s a bad idea to have Dustin Johnson hit a golf ball with his driver indoors.

Dustin Johnson COMPRESSES the damn golf ball better than anyone in the world. His drives are majestic things of beauty, not suitable to be caged indoors. So one of those weak practice nets that some regular weekend chop uses to mess around in his backyard probably wasn’t going to be a enough to stop a DJ drive, even on a swing that looked pretty tentative by DJ standards.

Johnson warned everyone on this photo shoot set, too. Fortunately for those on the set, the ball somehow snuck through a crack in a door instead of pin balling around the room. Fortunately for those on the other side of the door, the ball only shattered a glass Exit sign.
