Friday could be another windy day for the 2017 Masters. Winds will once again be out of the west between 10 to 20 mph, and gusts could reach 25 to 30 mph during the afternoon. Other than the wind Friday, the weather the rest of the weekend looks fantastic at Augusta National.
Masters 2017 weather forecast: One more windy day
Winds will be an issue again on Friday, but weather is much improved for the closing rounds of the 2017 Masters.


FRIDAY - Round 2 of the Masters:
It will be cool, sunny, and again windy for Round 2 of the 2017 Masters on Friday. Morning temperatures at 8 a.m. will be in the middle 40s and winds out of the west between 10 to 15 mph. By noon on Friday, skies will be mostly sunny and temperatures near 60 but winds still westerly between 10 to 20 mph. Expect middle 60s for the afternoon under mostly sunny skies with continued westerly winds of 10 to 20 mph and gusts near 30 mph.
SATURDAY - Round 3 of the Masters:
It will be a chilly start to Round 3 of the Masters on Saturday. Morning temperatures will be in the middle to upper 30s at Augusta National. Skies will be clear and winds considerably lighter than they were for Rounds 1 and 2 on Thursday and Friday. Midday temperatures will have warmed into the lower 60s and by the afternoon reach the low 70s. Winds will be out of the west-northwest all day between 5 and 10 mph.
SUNDAY - Round 4 of the Masters:
A picture-perfect day for the final round of The Masters with more sunshine, light winds, and warming temperatures. Sunday morning will be in the 40s, clear skies, and light winds out of the south between 3 and 8 mph. By early afternoon, temperatures will be in the upper 60s to near 70 with sunshine and light southerly winds. Highs in the afternoon will be in the middle 70s. Weather will not be an issue for the closing holes of the 2017 Masters Championship.
