British Open 2017 weather forecast: Final round Sunday weather could include rain
Mostly quiet end to the 2017 Open Championship but rain and wind could make the course more challenging.

SUNDAY — FINAL ROUND WEATHER FORECAST
Skies will clear by midday in Southport with some sunshine over The Royal Birkdale Golf Club. Winds will be out of the west-northwest between 10 to 20 mph. There could be occasional gusts reaching near 25 mph. As the day warms into the low 60s, that could develop a few isolated showers or thunderstorms. This could be an issue for the leaders as they come to the final holes.
Jordan Spieth and Matt Kuchar will play in the final pairing, teeing off at 2:30 p.m. local in England and 9:30 a.m. ET in the United States. Without weather interruption, expect the championship to finish by 2 p.m. ET. NBC will have the conclusion of the final round.
