PGA Championship 2017 weather forecast: More of the same, showers and storms
Areas of showers and storms could threaten Quail Hollow during the weekend for the PGA Championship

SATURDAY — Round 3 of PGA Championship:
Saturday will feature more of the same: muggy and warm with scattered areas of showers and thunderstorms. Temperatures will be as warm as Friday, near the middle to upper 80s. Toward the afternoon, we will see more areas of showers and thunderstorms forming. Again, these storms could cause delays in play due to lightning. Average wind speed will be between 5 and 10 mph out of the south. Gusty winds can be expected near thunderstorms. The sky will range from partly to mostly cloudy.
SUNDAY — Round 4 of PGA Championship:
The final round of the PGA Championship will have very little change in the weather forecast. It will remain partly to mostly cloudy. Showers and thunderstorms are still expected to be scattered across the area, especially in the afternoon. Winds will be different than previous days, as they will be out of the ENE but still between 5 to 10 mph, except around thunderstorms where gusty winds could be stronger.
