The PGA Tour shifts to Charlotte, North Carolina this weekend for the Wells Fargo Championship, and Tiger Woods is back to play his first tournament in a month beginning Thursday at Quail Hollow Club.

Woods has played six tournaments so far this year, though not since the Masters four weeks ago. He had a pair of top-five finishes in March before finishing a disappointing 32nd at Augusta at 1-over par.

While Woods is looking forward to this week in Charlotte, his first time playing in this tournament since 2012, he has his eyes on next weekend’s Players Championship in Florida.

“Building toward next week,” Woods told the Associated Press Tuesday. “Hopefully, I can have everything peak for this week and next week, but mainly next week. And after that, it’s getting ready for Shinnecock.”

The U.S. Open will be held at Shinnecock Hills in New York from June 14-17.

Woods is paired with Patrick Reed and Brooks Koepka in the opening round, with the trio set to tee off from the first hole at 12:50 p.m. ET Thursday.

Golf Channel will televise Round 1 on Thursday from 2-6 p.m. ET, with PGA Tour Live streaming online from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
