Tyrrell Hatton’s lively F-bomb at The Sentry reminds fans of themselves

Hatton has played well this week at The Sentry, but still can’t contain his vulgarity despite any New Year’s resolution.

Tyrrell Hatton has long since been known as one of the most colorful players on the PGA Tour. No, I am not talking about His attire, but his actions and words used on the course.

Hatton’s outlandish behavior and graphic language have made him a fan favorite.

Sunday at The Sentry, the Englishman was at it again leaving fans looking in the mirror. It didn’t take long either.

Hatton’s second shot on the par-4 1st came up woefully short. He knew it, too.

“Go! Go! Go! F*** you,” Hatton was captured saying.

Despite the poor approach shot, he would get up and down to save par. Hatton has played well since, picking up birdies on the second and fifth holes to move to 18-under and into a tie for 10th. That’s three shots off the lead currently held by Chris Kirk, but with so many players between him and the lead, the trophy is likely out of reach.

Nevertheless, his colorful language still prompted amazing reactions from fans.

Nearly everyone on X (formerly Twitter) has the same reaction. Hatton reminds them of themselves when they are out on the course.

I know I am no exception either. I swear like a trucker when hitting shots like that myself.

But Hatton doesn’t just get fired up after hitting poor shots. He also shows off his animated personality in nearly every situation, whether that’s celebrating a Ryder Cup win, or languishing a tough loss.

Are you able to contain yourself on the course? Or are you like Hatton? Let us know in the comments below.
