DeChambeau showed off his good-guy vibes after the PGA Championship that will make many appreciate him even more.

However, what he did at the turn on Sunday will make people appreciate him even more.
X, formerly known as Twitter, user Anthony posted a video of DeChambeau tossing his ball to a kid.
An older man took the ball, but the Crusher GC captain refused to let it happen. He waited until the man gave it back to the kid.
He waited until the ball was firmly in the child’s hands before he moved on, which says a lot, considering it was in the middle of his Championship Sunday round.
Unfortunately, this happens all the time at sporting events. An athlete does something nice for a kid, and an adult will find a way to ruin it. The player does not always know it happens, or they do not have the physical ability to reverse the damage immediately.
DeChambeau did not appear to care that he had to get to the 10th tee; he wanted the kid to get his ball. Those fans around him will likely remember his generosity for a long time.
Anyone on the fence about DeChambeau should watch this video because it shows who he is at his core.
Many began to see his true self throughout the week at Valhalla, but this video shows DeChambeau at his best. After Sunday, he probably had a fan for life with that kid. It was a fantastic move from the former U.S. Open winner, and after his performance, he might be one of the favorites at Pinehurst.
