The BMW PGA Championship is at the halfway mark as the DP World Tour takes on Wentworth Golf Club.

Among those still in contention is Rory McIlroy, who shot a 4-under 68 to sit at 9-under overall. He is four shots behind the leader, Matthew Baldwin, at 13-under.

Friday was not as eventful for the Northern Irishman, but it did not require any excitement. He made two birdies and a bogey on the front, then came home in 34 with three birdies.

Baldwin followed up his 65 with a 6-under 66. He made five birdies on the front nine to turn in 30 shots and looked unstoppable. A bogey at the par-4 11th brought down the momentum, but two more birdies at 15 and 17 allowed him to maintain the lead.

He holds a two-shot lead over Niklas Norgaard, who shot a 5-under 67 to sit at 11-under overall. Antoine Rozner had the low round of the day at 7-under 65 to sit at 10-under and three shots off the lead.

A handful of players finished their second rounds on Saturday morning, and the third round began shortly after. Check out the tee times for Moving Day in England.
