Welcome to Playing Through’s daily ritual — Golf Talk Today.

Each day, the crew will discuss various elements of the PGA Tour, LPGA, LIV Golf, and more.

The LPGA is in Ohio for the Kroger Queen City Championship, and today is Moving Day. There are just 36 holes left until the 2024 champion emerges.

Jeeno Thitikul shot a 6-under 66 for the second straight round to sit at 12-under overall and hold a one-shot lead over Lydia Ko.

The AIG Women’s Open champ also shot a 6-under 66 during Friday’s round. Her putter was red hot and kept her scorecard clean. He made four birdies and a huge eagle on the par-5 8th. This week marks her first start since she won the Open, so it seems Ko is picking up where she left off.

Nelly Korda shot a 2-under 70 as she looked exhausted from a jam-packed Solheim Cup week.
