If you can’t appreciate the ridiculousness of CSI Miami and David Caruso, I’m not sure we can be friends. The close-ups, the music, the insane storylines... All of it grades out with flying colors. And this week’s episode incorporated basketball! Like the time that Pau Gasol guest-starred on South Beach as the Unusually Tall Suspect, but somehow better.

↵I could watch these montages all day long, but this one ends with David Caruso sizing up a jump-shot from the top of the key, then hitting all net. Basketball season doesn’t start for a few more weeks, but clearly, Lieutenant Horatio Caine is already in mid-season form.
