Don’t Worry, Steve Nash Is Still The Funniest Athlete On The Planet
↵If I could be best friends with one athlete in the world, it’d definitely be Steve Nash. Links!
- ↵↵Lots of great stuff from the SI Vault today. There was Clyde Frazier’s pimped out bedroom, a Kevin Durant photo gallery, and a collection of shots from Midnight Madness through the years.
- ↵An eloquent take on Gilbert Arenas from Mike Wise. I disagree, but it was good.
- ↵If you like rap music and you haven’t listened to the Big L and Jay-Z freestyle, you’re doing yourself a disservice. And even if you’ve heard it... Listen again. ↵Smart Football with a wise take on the current state of sports journalism.
- ↵A really cool profile of the guy who invented super soakers, and plans to take solar power mainstream. (Aside: Is it racist to be surprised he’s black? Super soakers are like the whitest invention ever, and they were borne from the mind of a black guy from Atlanta. Weird, right?)
- ↵A great column from Adrian Wojnarowski on the NBA’s new technicals kick.
↵↵And finally, the definitive explanation of Les Miles, the most interesting man in the SEC:
↵
↵Les Miles, love him or hate him, has made the LSU Football experience akin to an impromptu Stonehenge visit. You leave wondering incessantly how it happened, if it was real and if a human being had really spawned such an unsettling phenomenon.
↵
↵And that’s (partly) why I’m rooting for LSU for the rest of the year. I’ll explain that later.
