IndyCar has found a sponsor for its reinstated “Triple Crown”, as Fuzzy’s Ultra Premium Vodka has signed on to be the title sponsor for what will be known as the “Fuzzy’s Triple Crown.”
IndyCar’s Triple Crown lands title sponsor
Fuzzy’s Triple Crown to award $1 million bonus to any driver who can win all three superspeedway events on the 2013 calendar - including the Indy 500.

Beginning with the 2013 season, Fuzzy’s will reward a $1 million prize to any driver who can win all three oval races at Indianapolis, Pocono and Fontana. If a driver can win two of the three marquee events, they will collect a $250,000 bonus courtesy of Fuzzy’s.
The “Triple Crown” was a fixture in open-wheel racing throughout the 70s and 80s, and when the Izod IndyCar Series announced the return of the concept in September, it was met with great fanfare.
To date the only driver to claim the “Triple Crown” was Al Unser Sr., who did so in 1978 by winning at Indy, Pocono and the since-demolished speedway at Ontario, Calif.
