Justin Wilson was released from the Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, Calif. on Tuesday following his dramatic crash late in the MAVTV 500 last Saturday in Fontana, Calif. The Dale Coyne Racing driver has since returned to his home in Colorado to continue his recovery.
Justin Wilson returns home from hospital
Justin Wilson has returned home to Colorado following brief hospital stay as a result of injuries sustained in a crash at Auto Club Speedway.

Wilson suffered non-operable fractures to his pelvis and a small pulmonary contusion when he spun and was hit head-on by the car of Tristan Vautier during the season-ending race.
No time frame has been given for a possible full recovery, however a tweet from his team on Sunday indicated that Wilson has been ordered to avoid placing weight on his pelvis for up to six to eight weeks.
Doctors say he will be 6 - 8 weeks of non-load bearing on his right leg before he can start rehab. We wish Justin a speedy recovery.
