2012 Summer Olympics: Event Schedule, TV Coverage, Streaming For Thursday

The sixth day of the 2012 London Olympics is a day for the men’s basketball and swimming fans.

And also the small pocket of dressage equestrian fans.

In addition to a slew of hoops coverage, which will feature a veteran France squad against an always tough Lithuanian team and a group of crafty Brazilians against medal-minded Russia, the London Aquatics Center will be the primary focus of NBC’s primetime coverage.

In the featured event, U.S. swimmers Ryan Lochte and Michael Phelphs will compete for gold in the finals of the 200m individual medley event.

To catch them and the rest of the action, here are some highlights from the day’s television schedule (all times Eastern):
