John Lackey does not want to come out of the game

John Farrell and John Lackey had a difference of opinion.

The ALCS has been a series filled with spectacular pitching performances, and John Lackey had one Tuesday: 6 2/3 innings, no runs, eight strikeouts, four hits, no walks. But when he gave up a hit in the bottom of the seventh -- and in doing so, putting the go-ahead run at the plate of the 1-0 game -- Red Sox manager John Farrell decided to go to his lefty set-up man in Craig Breslow.

John Lackey was not happy:

Lackey had famously yelled “THIS IS MINE!” at Angels manager Mike Scioscia in Game 5 of the 2009 ALCS when Scioscia gave him the hook. Darren Oliver would pick up a blown save before the Angels got the win.
